Delete your Wantok Market account

In the app

Open Wantok Market, go to Account → Delete account, and tap Delete account again to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email kanghhkk@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Wantok Market account". We check that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 7 days.

Delete some data and keep your account

You can delete or hide your listings in the app under Account → My listings. To delete other data, email us what you want deleted. We delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email address, Google name and profile photo address)
• Your profile (nickname, neighbourhood, Wantok Meter)
• Your listings and their photos
• Your saved listings and block list
• Reports you sent
• Chats you took part in, with all their messages. They are deleted for both people in the chat.

What is kept

• Reports that other users sent about you or your listings, without the link to your account
• Technical logs, deleted automatically within 7 days
• Database backups, deleted automatically within 7 days
